Melbourne’s Moomba Festival

One of Australia’s longest-running community events, Melbourne’s Moomba Festival, started in 1955 and has grown into a cultural celebration attracting people from all walks and stages of life.

This year’s Moomba, which finishes tonight with a fireworks display at 9:30pm, boasts a huge program of family-friendly activities ranging from puppet shows and BMX competitions to musical performances and the adrenalin-inducing men’s and women’s wakeboard final!
